Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Fund

 

Dear Friends of Child Foundation,

I am sure, like millions of people around the world you have been saddened by the news of the major Japan earthquake and tsunami. The level of human suffering is unimaginable, as the largest earthquake in recent history, thousands have been killed and millions are homeless, hungry and without access to electricity, shelter or even clean water. This 8.9 magnitude quake is one of the largest in recorded history, and it has affected countries all around the Pacific Ocean. In the aftermath of the quake, the damage continues with smaller quakes, fires, and floods from the tsunami.

There are moments like this that we as human beings must come together as a global community and help each other. Let's make sure the people of Japan who just lost thousands of their children and parents do not face this disaster alone.

Please spend a moment to take action in the face of this tragedy.

 All donations collected by Child Foundation will be donated to programs that help children and their families in Japan to recover and become successful in their society.
