Legal Council in Compliance Issues - Mrs. Tina Foster

Tina Monshipour Foster is a civil rights attorney who specializes in International Human Rights and Constitutional Law. She received her B.A. with honors from Boston University, and is a graduate of BU’s Modern British Studies Program at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University. Before graduating from Cornell Law School, she was an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal and elected President of the Cornell Law Student's Association. Ms. Foster’s work has been featured in major media outlets in the US and abroad, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NBC's Today Show, and others.


Dr. Asad Azemi

Dr. Asad Azemi is the co-founder of Child Foundation’s board of directors. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Los Angeles, and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Dr. Azemi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is currently an Associate Professor at the Pennsylvania State University. He has published ninety journal- and conference proceeding-papers.


Morteza Ghazai

Morteza Ghazai is a Microsoft Corporation employee who has worked in IT for over ten years. He graduated from Sharif University of Technology for Electrical Engineering in Tehran, Iran and also obtained his MBA in IT from Strayer University in Washington DC. Mr. Ghazai has been a Child Foundation volunteer for the past three years, assisting the foundation with their IT needs. He is also a member of Momentum Alliance, a nonprofit organization assisting and inspiring underprivileged youth to realize their full potential and mentoring them to become future social justice leaders.

Omid Ali Mantashi is a California licensed lawyer in Oakland, California. Omid Ali Mantashi graduated from the New York University School of Law and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. He was admitted to The State Bar of California on 8/18/2000.
