Position: IT Manager/Salesforce Admin
Child Foundation (CF) is a 503(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Oregon and founded in 1994. CF’s mission is to support underprivileged children to succeed in education and achieve safe, healthy, and fulling lives. We believe that education can move a child beyond the stigma of poverty and give that child the tools to reach his or her full potential.
CF recruits sponsors who contribute monthly to the educational needs of disadvantaged children. CF works with social service agencies in other countries that screen and select eligible children and ensure that donations reach the children. Disaster and emergency relief are priorities for the agency.
Scope of Responsibility: The IT Manager/Salesforce Admin reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer in the management of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system of the agency and other information technology (IT) priorities.

40 hours per week. Hybrid schedule.

Salary Range and Benefits:
• $36.06 - $39.90/hour DOE

LEssential Job Functions:
1. Manages and coordinates the CRM and IT system based on the strategic and operational plans of the agency, to which the position will provide considerable input in creating
2. Analyze problems or issues, propose IT infrastructure solutions (both physical and virtual), and manage resolution
3. Develop/maintain websites using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
4. Outsource projects as required
5. Provide training to staff
6. Communicate with project team members, supervisors, and other companies for timely implementation of project requirements
7. Document project implementation and brief overall use of project status
8. Analyze cyber-security risks and plans to develop policies and procedures to implement security practices
9. Review and monitor Microsoft Azure vulnerability dashboards and examine anomalies as needed
10. Perform data manipulation tasks such as data collection, data cleaning, data aggregation
11. Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
12. Provide technical support or training for systems and networks to ensure staff are maximizing use of CRM and IT systems
13. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support
14. Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
Qualifications and Requirements:

Two-year degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
•
Minimum one year experience as a Salesforce Admin or equivalent Salesforce certificates
o Salesforce Implementation
o Update and optimize Salesforce flows
o Update and create Lightening components
o Create reports and dashboards
o Edit Apex code
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem, e.g., Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Azure VMs.
• Working experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data management and manipulation with SQL and Excel
• At least two years experience as an IT Manager or related role.
• Good practical experience in managing IT systems and applications٫, troubleshooting and
repairing issues
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with Java or Apex development
