Help Victims of Sistan and Baluchestan

Flooding in Sistan and Baluchestan province has caused serious damage to 102 villages and cut off access to 350 villages. According to local authorities, 1200 people in the flooded areas suffered heavy financial losses.

Although charities and government agencies provide early relief in times of crisis, there are usually delays in long-term assistance necessary for communities to rebuild.

Join us in helping students in flooded areas to address their educational needs. Instead of collecting aid for distributing blankets and food (being done by local authorities), Child Foundation focuses on managing the disaster's aftermath for students. Your donations will go toward temporary and safe student learning spaces because current education facilities will be severely damaged or destroyed. We want to minimize the disruption to education and help provide stability to students, their families, and their communities.

All donations will be sent to our sister organization in Iran under the US Treasury General License (E) issued for this purpose. That license allows Child Foundation donors to send up to $500,000 for disaster relief and humanitarian aid. In the past, we used the same license to provide 125 safe learning environments after the Kermanshah earthquake and support for one year 800 students affected by the 2019 flooding.

We are excited to meet this challenge with your help.

Let us help the community rebuild.
